One-off projects

Full refund within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. Once work begins, refund proportional to work not yet completed. Requests within 7 days.

Monthly retainers

Cancel with 30 days written notice. Month of cancellation billed in full.

Quality disputes

Contact hello@seoselection.com within 7 days of delivery if work does not meet agreed scope. We review and either redo or issue partial refund.
