What we do is give you a specific assessment at the first call based on your actual site, not a generic estimate.

At minimum: Google Search Console read access, Google Analytics read access, and a clear description of your key commercial targets and what you have tried previously. For technical work, CMS access is useful but not mandatory. We can produce implementation guides for your development team instead.

No. Rankings are determined by search engine algorithms and competitor behaviour outside our control. What we guarantee is the quality and completeness of the work within the agreed scope. We have not had a client whose long-term organic performance declined as a direct result of our work.

Monthly billing, cancelable with 30 days notice after the first month. No long-term lock-in. The Refine and Select plans run on this basis. Each month includes a full written report on what was done and what moved. Work starts once payment is confirmed and access is provided.
